Solution #1

 Question -:

Muscle contraction ke liye, sabse pehele NeuroMuscular Junction ke Voltage gated Ca²+ channels open honge,

Aab jab voh open ho gaye, phir Ca²+ ions Acetyl Choline ki exocytosis karva denge,
Aab exocytosis hone pe Acetylcholine synapse ke dusre end ke Na+ (Ligand gated channels) me bind karega,
Aab uske baad voh open honge aur Na+ ions Muscle Cell ke aandar ghusenge.
Due to this, Ek potential generate hoga, aur voh potential sarcoplasm ke through Sarcoplasmic reticulum pe chala jayega (through T&L tubules).

Aab Sarcoplasmic reticulum se Ca²+ niklega, aur then bind karega Actin se, then further contraction hoga.

*Now in the firse step, aagar blood me Ca²+ hi nhi hai, toh phir Neuromuscular junction ke Ca²+ channels me Ca²+ aayenge hi nhi, and Acetylcholine hi release nhi hoga, _so Contraction possible nhi hoga_*

Mixed concept pe qus tha,
Neural Control + Locomotion
